"There are more cons than pros with this app, PROS: • Can track your current data from your watch in a pretty good way. • Can connect to your watch pretty easy CONS: • You have to repeatedly re connect your watch to the app because it can't continually track your progress. • No AM or PM settings for alarms (which is just confusing) • Cannot name an alarm • The graphs are hard to read If the creator is reading this, PLEASE ADD AM/PM SETTINGS! You absolutely need to have those."
